Stack Detox
A 4-week cleanse for your stack
Thereâs a rhythm to working with AI. Few pay attention to it.
Speed up, and you burn through tools, tabs, and attention faster than you can think â running at a pace that was never yours. Slow down, and you watch the thing reshape your field without you in it. Most people pick one of those two. Neither is a strategy. Both just hand the tempo to the machine.
You already feel the mismatch. Youâre a carbon-based being â biological, finite, embodied â moving at the speed of silicon. The question isnât whether to accelerate or retreat. Itâs whether you can find your own rhythm before the default one finds you.
Thatâs what The Calibration is for.
â
What this is
Four weeks. One step at a time. You apply the Conscious Stack⢠framework to your own life and work, with a prompt and a short video from Siosi guiding each week. No theory dumps. No 47-tab curriculum. Just an honest look at whatâs running you, and the first real adjustment.
By the end, youâll have a working 1:3:5 âconscious stackâ and a rhythm that holds under pressure. Not because you optimized harder. Because you finally stopped running at someone elseâs speed.
The 4 Weeks
đŹ Week 1 â Diagnosis
Whatâs actually running your stack right now? Before you change anything, you see it. An honest inventory of every tool, input, person, and platform feeding your work â no judgment, no fixing. Just whatâs there, including the parts youâd rather not admit.
đ Week 2 â Geometry
Apply the constraint. You meet the 1:3:5 framework â one anchor, three core tools, five supporting inputs â and build your first draft stack. The constraint isnât arbitrary. Itâs the bond angle that makes the whole thing functional.
âď¸ Week 3 â Oscillation
Find your rhythm, not their pace. You map where youâre consuming at silicon speed but creating at carbon speed â and make one structural change to bring them into alignment. Not a schedule. A rhythm that survives a hard week.
𧏠Week 4 â Bond
Who else belongs at this table? The practice moves from you to the people around you. You name the one person in your life who gets the blank stares in both rooms â and decide what it means to bring them in.
What You Get:
â 4 weekly written practices, delivered via direct link
â A prompt each week designed to reveal, not just inform
â A personal video from Siosi each week â unpolished, specific, real
â A working 1:3:5 stack you can actually run
â Lifetime access to all four â move at your own tempo
Who This Is For:
You might talk API integrations in one breath, then inner work the next, but lose people in both rooms. Youâre not anti-technology and youâre not a luddite â you just refuse to let the tools run you on autopilot. Youâve felt the speed mismatch and youâre done pretending it isnât there.
If thatâs you, you already know.
The Price
$100. Not $97. Weâre not going to shave three dollars to play mind games with you â youâd see straight through this common sales tactic, and so would we. A Conscious Technologist notices this kind of thing. The number is clean on purpose.
This is the first practice of something you may have been circling for a while.
We recognize that technology is not neutral. We design our relationship with it instead of inheriting one. We move at our own rhythm, and we donât do it alone.
If that sounds like the room youâve been looking for â start here.
